It takes an article in the "Kentucky Monthly" for me to find out you're from KY. And I've only been listening to you for the last 16 years or so at ORF.

This is the perfect holiday music - beautiful and relaxing. Just what I need as a break from the stress and hecticness of the season. It will keep me grounded. I may have to buy more...

I first heard Kyle Meadows playing his dulcimer on a summer's afternoon under the shade of giant sycamores in Woodland Park. It was a crowded fair, but as I drew near to the music, it seemed to me that I had entered a kind of new dimension where the air and all in it were vibrating suddenly and gently in harmony with each other. I stood there with a friend for a long time listening to the silvery music travel like glistening water over and through everything. It was truly lovely and I will always be grateful for that memory.

Hello Kyle, I had the pleasure of talking with a potential new player the other day about her enthusiasm for beginning hammered dulcimer. She told me that she hoped to be taking lessons from you and felt lucky to find a teacher. I went to your website and just wanted to say that it was a treat to hear your playing and your recording - very sweet arrangements, and a clear, clean sound! Thank you for playing hammered dulcimer so beautifully that you inspire others. Best Wishes, Sue, from Dusty Strings in sunny Seattle

Your playing of the hammer dulcimer is outstanding. I am an intermediate hd player and you really have command of the hd.

Bought two of your CD's at the Renaissance Festival last weekend and wished I had bought more of them! Wonderful music! I will check out your website for the ones I missed out on. Also, have you ever considered performing at the Clifton Opera house in Clifton, Ohio? Beautiful old stage with wonderful acoustics. Usually a small following and very intimate with the audience. Thanks for the lovely music dude!
